In the beginning of high school, Sasha became transgender.. It was a difficult time however, Sasha believed that with the support from his family and friends he could handle anything. Jim and Sasha are both songwriters. The duo has been playing at local venues, open mics, and in other places. The Voice's coaches resisted speaking about the history of Sasha, but Jim told his tale in a video introduction before the performance. Jim and Sasha discussed the music they like, as well as how Sasha began playing the guitar first at age six. The musician was able to grasp the music form more easily due to his father being an educator. Sasha faced identity issues as a boy, even being a woman. In an Instagram post posted recently Sasha spoke about the difficulties he faced. Jim was filled with emotion when he spoke of his motives for not being capable of helping during these difficult circumstances. Sasha Allen, The Voice contestant was born a girl. Sasha Allen will be 19 years old in 2021. Sasha Allen began his transition into masculinity while at the beginning of his time in high school. "I'm the third transperson to ever appear on the show and I'm thrilled to represent our trans people on such an enormous platform," Sasha wrote on Instagram.
